Registration for the WAZA Annual Conference includes:

- Four days of conference planning
- Lunches and coffee breaks
- Icebreaker

- San Diego Zoo & San Diego Zoo Safari Park Visit
- Gala Dinner
-Transportation to Events from conference hotel
- Access to the Whova platform for connecting with other attendees and viewing essential conference updates during the conference
- Free entries to Zoo and Safari Park from October 1-20, upon representing conference registration confirmation and identification document

 

 

Please register in the correct category, if registration was made under an incorrect category, the attendee must pay the difference in order to attend the conference.

*Non-WAZA members must first obtain a letter granting permission to attend the WAZA Conference from the WAZA President or CEO. Please write to conference@waza.org to make this request. Admission and refund are not guaranteed in case a non-WAZA member registers without the letter of permission.
This category is only applicable for zoos, aquariums, or regional or national associations that are not members of WAZA.
Companies that are not a WAZA Corporate Member must either sponsor or exhibit at the conference to participate.

Cancellation and refund conditions

Cancellation until July 30, 2023: 75% refund of the total registration fee.

Cancellation after July 30, 2023: No refund.

SDZWA Code of Conduct for Events
All visitors to the San Diego Zoo or the San Diego Zoo Safari Park are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times while on the Premises. Any behavior that authorized SDZWA personnel deems to be unlawful, disruptive, or objectionable to other visitors or employees, or potentially or actually damaging to the animals, plants or property of the SDZWA or to other persons, shall be cause for refusal or revocation of admission or continued presence at the San Diego Zoo or the San Diego Zoo Safari Park. The SDZWA through its authorized personnel adheres to all applicable local, state and federal laws, which will be strictly enforced.
