Zoos and aquariums that are not members of WAZA must first obtain a letter granting permission to attend the WAZA Conference from the WAZA President or CEO. Please write to conference@waza.org to make this request. Corporates that are not a member of WAZA must sponsor or exhibit at the conference to attend. Admission and refund are not guaranteed in case a non-member registers without the letter of permission. |
You can pay online with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Wire transfer will be made available in Late May 2023. |

Cancellation and refund conditions Cancellation until July 30, 2023: 75% refund of the total registration fee. Cancellation after July 30, 2023: No refund. |
Visa |
Typically individuals from a different country/region who wish to visit the United States must obtain a US visa beforehand. Please check with your local US embassy or consulate to confirm if a visa is necessary for your travel. WAZA will provide invitation letters for attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors upon completion of registration and payment should an invitation letter be required for your visa application. The letter will be sent to you via email. |
